Follow pastor Bo Magehee as he leads us to the Spiritual Gym’s universal workout station, the Word of God. He teaches us four exercises guaranteed to take us to new plateaus of spiritual health and growth: hearing, reading, studying and meditating.

The spiritual discipline of prayer is vitally important to our success in incorporating all of the spiritual disciplines into our lives. This central discipline is like breathing the air of heaven. It's essential, it's our method of communication with a relational God, and it's powerful and effective.

Successful training in Godliness happens when we trust God's training regimen. That includes trusting His grace is at work in us, even during the spiritual discipline of R.E.S.T. Because getting to where God's taking us means we only need to do the things He tells us to do.

If we want God's life pumping through our veins, then we need to pump some spiritual iron! Follow Pastor Brandon into the spiritual gym for some strength training through the discipline of fasting, which produces Godly gains by the nourishing grace of Jesus Christ.

We are all longing for change, a fresh start in some area of life. God offers us a new beginning through a new identity in Christ. Accepting His offer means change is possible because it's no longer by our willpower but by God's power!

Since creation, God has brought light into the darkness to draw people to Him. Christmas is a celebration of God bringing Himself to us as the light of the world.  He calls us to reflect His glory by shining our light to all mankind so none that believe remains in darkness.  

We continue in our discovery of Jesus' declaration over His disciples as the salt of the earth and the light of the world. This message explores what it means to be salt; being change agents in the world we touch.

From the vantage of the mountain top, Jesus tells His disciples they are a city on a hill - God's dwelling place to be a gift to the world. Pastor Brandon challenges us to take the same position, to be noticed as a beautiful outpost of hope and healing for all.
