Prayer is an essential part of the Christian life, and yet, so few Christians pray as they should. In this message, we watch as Christ begins to explain what a believers prayer life should look like.

Building upon the previous statement of Christ, we are reminded in this passage that the Christian life is not about our rights & our desires. We must be mindful of those around us; even when our flesh does not wish to do so.

Loving those who hate us...blessing those who curse us...praying for those who use us. This is not what the flesh desires; yet this is what Christianity demands. Will we strive to be perfect, complete, mature as we have been commanded to be?

It's so easy to lose sight of the significance of Christ in our lives. When this happens, we no longer stand in awe of Him as we once did and as we should. This morning's message reminds us of the awe and reverence we should hold in our hearts toward Christ for all he has done for us.

Today, we live in a crazy world that can cause us to be fearful. When we are afraid, we can buckle and the pressure and take the "easier route". While that is the tendency of all men, Christ reminds His disciples who they should fear in troublesome times.

We can do the right thing, for the wrong reason. Such is the case in our giving and generosity to those in need. Tonight's message address the manner in which we should give and the blessings that come from doing so in the right spirit.

This question is more important than we may realize. The bible makes clear that the world does not deserve everyone. We hope you will listen and be willing to be honest and ask this very important question.

Even in the days of Christ, people were very much aware of THEIR rights. Today is no different. And while we all enjoy certain 'rights', Christianity does demand more of us than our culture and that can be a difficult truth to accept, at times. Sometimes, we are prone to worry and fear. The simple words of Isaiah remind us that God will take care of the children of God from the womb to old age. What a blessing to be reminded of this truth. Listen and be encouraged by the reminder that God is faithful!

David challenged Solomon to walk in the commandments of the Lord. There was only one problem with the challenge: David had not walked in the commandments of the Lord much of his life. Such a testimony led to an empty challenge. We hope this mornings message will be a help to each person who listens.

What should our homes look like by way of authority? What the bible tells us and what society tells us are often two different things. We hope tonight's message will be a blessing to your family; even if it's just the two of you in the home.

Adonijah, a son of David, felt the liberty to assert and appoint himself as the next king of Israel...before David died. Why did he feel such a liberty? Today's message gives one key reason Adonijah felt no fear in doing what he did.

As David's kingdom and family was seeming to unravel, David was unaware. Why? Because he put no effort into knowing what was going on. Today's message deals with the similar problem taking place in many homes today. We hope it will be a help to your family.

While laziness has been around for 1,000's of years, it has always been a part of God's plan that mankind would work and be productive. This evening's message reminds us of what God's word has to say about the subject of you and I working on a daily basis.

While the subject of divorce and remarriage can be a very sensitive subject in today's culture, the bible does not shy away from the subject. While it can be a tough truth to swallow, we must answer the question: "Will we choose to believe the scripture or today's mindset?". We hope this message is a help to all who listen, regardless of what may be a part of your past.
