Coach LaTasha Ingram

Girlfriend, let me tell you.

I started my podcast with the single black woman in mind. So, each solo episode and interview will be recorded with the intention to uplift, educate and relate to each listener. Listen in as a I share stories and topics that many people choose to tip toe around when it comes to beliefs, relationships, accountability, sex, money habits, parenting and that one bad decision that keeps happening over and over again. I mean, sometimes we have to learn the hard way.

Conversation #100 - Thank you 13.11.2023

I've made it to 100 episodes. And of course I could not have made it without yall's support. This episode is dedicated to all of the very special guests that were on my podcast as well as all of you who have listened to my podcast and shared my podcast and encouraged me to keep going with my podcast. You may not know just how motivational it is to have someone give feedback on my podcast o...

Conversation #88- My son can not date me 19.10.2023

I've heard people ask the question, "Would you date you if you were someone else?" Which is a thought provoking question. But, if you are a parent, then ask yourself, would you let your child date you? Although I struggle some days with wondering if I am a good enough mother, other days I wonder if I am a good enough example of the kind of woman that I would want my son to bring home...

Conversation #87 - I let two people upset me in one week. What is going on? 07.10.2023

In this episode I had to let you all know that I am human and sometimes things get to me. Not just things, but people too. I don't mind not being strong all of the time, but I hate when I end up feeling like a fool for being softer and just a little vulnerable. I know that someone can relate to this episode, so let me know what you think when you finish listening. Visit my website and join my...

Conversation #86 - You have to have a paper trail 05.10.2023

In this episode I talk about how important it is to be able to prove what you said and what you did. In a world where anything you say can be used against you, we all need a way to go back on a conversation and show it for what it is. Listen to this episode in full and then tell me how you refresh someone's memory when it's all said and done. Join my emailing list at Girlfriendletmetellyou...

Conversation #85 - Live reading of the book Who Moved My Cheese. 02.09.2023

In this episode I read the book Who Moved My Cheese, live on Facebook. I have given a copy of the book to multiple people. I don't know if any of them have ever read it. I ran out of copies to pass out but I still wanted people to know the contents of the book so I took the copy that I still have for myself and I read it on Facebook live. If you're thinking about getting a copy of the book...

Conversation #84 - Does money change people? Especially the people who no longer have it. 31.08.2023

In this solo episode I talk about how money changes people. I asked my followers if they think that money changes people and everyone commented with the mindset of money changing people when they get money. That's exactly how I thought that they would respond. When in fact I wanted to point out how money changes the people that lose money or no longer have access to it. I discuss both kinds of...

Conversation #83 - Don't let teachers convince you that your child is bad + Tarot Monday 19.08.2023

In this solo episode I talk about how parents know their kids better than any teacher who is just meeting the child for the first time. Also, some of these teachers don't like children and they don't like their job, so don't be so quick to believe everything that they say. I've covered this topic because school is about to begin and we don't know how the dice are going roll for...

Conversation #82 - People act the way they are treated + Tarot Monday 19.08.2023

In this solo episode I talk about what motivates people to act the way that they do. If someone tells a person that they are the sweetest person that they have ever met then that person may go out of their way to make other people think that they are actually the nicest person ever. However, if someone says that you are stupid and mean and not dependable then you may go around being a butt hole to...

Conversation #81 - Being a good parent ain't always pretty. 05.08.2023

In this solo episode, I talk about how I had to ignore my pride and do things that would benefit my son but could also make me look like a bad mother. There may be times in your parenting journey when you want to do things your way to impress other people but you are ultimately hurting your child and depriving them from the life that they deserve because you want to look good. Listen to this episo...

Conversation #80 - I don't mind you being mad at me, I can't be mad at myself + Tarot Monday 05.08.2023

In this solo episode I talk about feeling regret when you've done too much people because you think that you can help everyone. We do not have to be super women all of the time. It's ok to tell someone no. It's ok to let them find what they need from somewhere else. Because in the end, you have to deal with your decision whether it makes you uneasy, regretful or upset. After the short...

Conversation #79 - Don't stop people from leaving their bad situation 04.08.2023

In this solo conversation, I discuss what it is like trying to leave a situation that is not good for you and people are trying to keep you in the situation for some reason. I believe that it is just instinct to tell people not to move on because it feels like you are helping the situation when in actuality you are prolonging the toxicity of it all. After listening to this episode let me know what...

Conversation #78 - Dating people who don't keep up with their health 27.03.2023

I'm 40 years old so there are some body functions and body parts that I need a physician to look at and test to make sure I'm going to still be here for a while. The fact that I care enough about myself to make doctors appointments and find preventative measures for m own health, makes me want to only date people who care about their health too. In this solo episode I discuss how I feel ab...

Conversation #77- Family health secrets that we need to know about 27.03.2023

In this solo episode I talk about my mammogram that I had to get because I am 40 years old now. I want to keep up with what is going on with my body and my health so that I can take preventative steps to keep from being too unhealthy or dying earlier than I have to. You know how the doctors and nurses ask about your family's health history and you mostly say, "I don't know"? Well...

Conversation #76 - I just be crying and shit 27.03.2023

In this solo episode I talk about how I cry to keep from telling people off and how I cry when things aren't going my way. I also cry when I am extremely tired. Do you ever get that way? Listen in to this episode and join me every Monday for Tarot Monday on Facebook Live and On Thursdays when I record my podcast episodes live. Conversation #75 - Blame it on me and leave me alone. 17.02.2023

In todays short episode I talk about allowing people to do whatever it takes for them to let us go. Well, to a certain point, of course. They might lie to us and on us or just try and destroy our character. We have to be able to let it happen and let them go. This episode is also brought to you by Heaux Lotta Jewelry. Where you can find earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings and other accessories f...

Conversation #74 - I chose to get a puppy instead of having another baby. 09.02.2023

In this live recording I talk about how I thought I had baby fever because I was around so many babies. My co-worker told me that I didn't another baby because I was 40 years old and my child is 14 already. She told me to get a puppy and I did. Now listen as I tell you what I've learned from having a dog.  This episode is also brought to you by Heaux Lotta Jewelry. Where you can find earrings...

Conversation #73 - Karma, because shit happens. 31.01.2023

In this episode I talk about how we feel sorry for people who are getting their karma. I mean seriously, we always say that people are going to get their karma, but we never say, oh they are getting their karma right now. So sometimes we are actually witnessing someone get their karma because shit happens. This episode is also brought to you by Heaux Lotta Jewelry. Where you can find earrings, nec...

Conversation #72 - I said that I would never do that as a mom 24.01.2023

Never say never because that's when it's going to happen. I've had to put my foot in my mouth a few times since I've become a mom. Now I know that we are all doing the best that we can with what we have. That's what makes parenting so interesting. In this episode I talk about a woman who let her son live with his dad full time when he turned 14 and I didn't know how to feel about that, until.........

Conversation #71 - Everything is better when there is a risk involved. 20.01.2023

Welcome back. Who's ever said that taking the easy way is the fun way? Nobody. There's nothing fun about being extra careful. But if you make it seem like a lot could go wrong, now we're talking. Today's episode is about how we want to do something more, when we know that there is a risk involved. This episode is also brought to you by Heaux Lotta Jewelry. Where you can find earrings, necklaces, b...

Heyyyyy! Welcome back to the podcast. We are in season #3 yall and I'm starting off the season with an episode about being called crazy by people who know that you know your stuff. When they are beaten by the truth, they will tell lies. And the one "insult" that people like to use is "Oh, they're crazy." Well I'm going to call those people out in this episode. So, sit back and enjoy and tell someo...

Welcome back. I recorded this episode live on my Facebook page so follow me on facebook at ("Girlfriend. let me tell you," The Podcast) for future live recordings. I talked about how there are so many components that are needed to make things work. Some people feel like just because they declare that they love someone or something, that is all that they need to do to make relationships work and dr...

Conversation #67 - I went to Essence Fest 2022 (Not very in depth) 09.07.2022

Hey yall. So after wanting to go to Essence Festival for so long, I finally went. Since the trip was for the experience and for my 40th birthday, I flew first class and stayed in a very nice hotel. This episode doesn't tell about the whole experience, it's just to let you know that I was able to get a real feel of what New Orleans is really like when the pandemic isn't slowing things down. My birt...

Conversation #65 - Why I think kids should be able to have boyfriends and girlfriends 19.05.2022

In this solo episode I talk about why I think kids should be able to explore having a boyfriend or girlfriend. I mean isn’t that how people figure out relationships? By actually having those relationships. I feel like girls have it the hardest because people want to protect the girls from whatever bad things that they think is going to happen. Whole time somebody else is raising their son to be th...
