Coach LaTasha Ingram
Girlfriend, let me tell you.
I started my podcast with the single black woman in mind. So, each solo episode and interview will be recorded with the intention to uplift, educate and relate to each listener. Listen in as a I share stories and topics that many people choose to tip toe around when it comes to beliefs, relationships, accountability, sex, money habits, parenting and that one bad decision that keeps happening over and over again. I mean, sometimes we have to learn the hard way.

So, I recorded this episode to let you know that you can actually stop generational cycles without an intervention by simply not showing up. Please let me know if you have ever had to break an ong...
Conversation #106 - The board game "LIFE" 18.10.2024 8:36
In this episode I talk about a board game that my son and I like to play. The Game of Life is a game that I played as a kid but I understand it so much better now that I am older. Conversation #105 - I liked the movie "Deliverance" by Lee Daniels 30.09.2024 15:50
I had to come and talk about this movie without giving any spoilers. There were so many people giving their two cents, so I decided to watch the movie and see if what they were saying was true. Was it scary? Was it too demonic? Will it give me nightmares? Will I need to pause the movie and pray? I got all of my answers and now I have a word for the Christians and church goers who said that the mov...
Conversation #104 - Who all is going to be there? 18.09.2024 16:04

Well tune in to this episode and when you're finished, tell me about a tim...

In this episode I talk about all of the opportunities that come our way and how we miss some of them because of what someone else has said to us. Just because something does not work out for someone else that does not mean that it will not work for you. There are so many reasons to be doubtful when we want to take a new job or make a new purchase or even give a new relationship a try. Do it anyway...
