Stay firm in your power to not love people through their inability to love you back. Love is a simple choice. Choose you always!

God will never give you a vision without the resources to see it through. Start with your mindset. Start with your perspective. Start with your drive and figuring out your why. Start with your story and who it has built you to be. Your resources are inside you and all around!

Some may find that it’s easier to just respond with “I’m fine” to take the pressure off of both parties involved. But think about the results. Anxiety, stress, isolation, depression. Stop robbing yourself of the beauty of being vulnerable and opening up that potentially could lead to a healthier lifestyle for yourself ❤️

It is important to refresh, restart, and refuel because we want to avoid missing out on the realization that we may need to readjust in a certain area or in certain aspects of our lives, or realign. However you do it, just do it ❤️

Women, we are some powerful fucking human beings. Don’t you ever forget that 💪🏾

You know, so many of us lack self- love and don’t even know it. My non-profit organization was put in place to give women what they need to go out and save the day. Be their own hero and stand in their truth!

Accepting that we are not perfect human beings, should not be a means to not believing in yourself but to keep working on yourself and new opportunities. Prioritize yourself ❤️

There’s a little voice inside of you screaming Pick me, pick me!! Try it out for once. Try listening and choose you always so that you can create a person that you require of someone else. Love on you. I promise you won’t regret it 💜

Depression is real. Sometimes we have to use other factors when we find that we, ourselves, aren’t motivation enough to keep moving and keep us from seeping into depression. We find those factors and we get up! We put one foot in front of the other and continue to move forward. But we have to get up. We have to keep moving. And sometimes it takes other things to keep us in doing so.
