Before the 2024 CrossFit Games we sat down with John Young and "Ranked the Rookies" in 5 Tiers. Today we REVISIT our rankings and see how our predictions matched their actual performances.

It's games week! Today we take a journey and program a 4 Day CrossFit Games using only past games events with special guest John Young.

The final week of Semifinals is over and we might have saved the best for last. Bill and Chase sit down and recap all the action from Heart Warming and Heart Breaking moments from the weekend.

Today we talk all things Week 1 Semifinals. The wild finishes in Europe, the Mario Kart run course in Asia and all the big stories and amazing moments that took place week 1 of the 2024 CrossFit Semifinals.
