Frank's Unsolicited Advice

This week we discussed the JJ Watt signing, Watsons next move and Dak Prescott should the Dallas resign him or let him walk.  We talked about Russell Wilson and the Seahawks if they will part ways or not.  Things got intense between Bree and a caller G.  Thanks for joining and supporting.

Today I discussed going through your contacts and deleting the people you do not speak with out of your life. Go through the contacts reconnect with he people who you need to or rekindle your relationships with people. I spoke about engaging with people, when to and when not to engage. Also discussed feeling blessed for those who listen to my podcast and different idea for upcoming episodes.

This week we just discussed the rumors and news going around the NFL.  We talked about JJ Watt, Watson, Wentz, and OBJ possible destinations.  We discussed Bill in New England and he needs to do next.  Closed out with Brady trolling the people who doubted him.  Again I am joined by the Squad.

Last week my wife and I were talking about clearing her inbox in her email.  It made me think about us clearing our mind.  I decided to record this episode and compare the email to our minds.  How we need to clear our minds and delete things to be able to receive new messages.  How we keep thoughts that we should delete from our minds.  I hope you guys enjoy this episode.

This week we discussed the two conference championship games from last Sunday. We dove into what we saw in each game and our take aways. We were also joined by my brother Tyson Porter to give his opinion on some questions. Next week we will be going live and allowing people to call in.

This episode discusses the fear of the unknown. How we do no take chances or are scared to move forward because of the unknown. The not knowing of what is going to happen next. We discussed if this was Drew Brees last game, if the chiefs will beat the Bills, Rivers announcing retirement. Of course we did our picks for the NFC and AFC Conference Championship games.

I was having an issue with creating a topic and i was going to talk about the loss of my cousin. But i ended up talking about companionship because this week I realized how much i missed my wife while she work 10 12 hour shifts. We are not meant to be alone. Companionship is not just a husband or wife but friendships as well.

Today we discussed the wild card games of last week. We also discussed the firing of the head coach of the eagles, Brady playing the Saints for a third time, the Steelers getting beat by the Browns and we also did our predictions for the divisional round.

As we prepare to discuss the upcoming games this weeks episode we discuss the last week of the regular season and as well as talking about the Eagles head coach and how he impacted his teams lose.  Also gave our predictions for wild card weekend.

this week I talk about position because I heard a sermon on Sunday that I spoke to me. we need to position ourselves where we are meant to be and be successful. whether you believe in a god or a higher power. we have to play our part.

We are back at it again, recapping week 16 and giving our predictions for week 17.  we discussed Alvin Kamara's record game, the Chiefs looking beatable their struggle against the Falcons, and of course the Steelers bouncing back.  Happy New Years to all my listeners and family.

This week I talk about Adjusting. I was watching church service and it came to me to discuss how 2020 has taught us to adjust to the new way of living. Also on facebook I saw a post that gave me the idea as well. This is the last Sunday of 2020 take a time to reflect and look at how we can do better in 2021. God Bless.

This week I share with you all my experience of the Holidays growing up in the South Bronx. Christmas is such an important part of my history due to my family teaching us about our culture, even though I did not grow up in Puerto Rico my family made sure we knew about our traditions.
