Frank's Unsolicited Advice

This episode was recorded when I came back from New Orleans, because I realized how I was not putting effort into things that matter. I would say to myself next time or when I find out if I am promoted then I will start. We are all guilty of procrastinating from time to time.

This week we discussed the Julio Jones trade to the Titans, does this make them competitors, and will it work.  We discussed a list of the top 32 QB whether or not we agree with the top five or the whole list leading to a nice debate.  Also discussed how since the judge ordered the names to be released of the women who are pressing charges against Deshaun Watson it has been quiet.

I decided to talk about refocusing because I know I was not focused on what I needed to be focused on. I was still allowing myself to be preoccupied by other things than focusing on what I need to do in preparation for a possible new chapter in my life. I recorded this in the midst of dealing with some emotions I did not expect to have. This is my being transparent about what I am dealing with and how I have been feeling but after my trip to New Orleans I feel better. There is nothing wrong with facing your feelings.

This episode I am talking about growth in life. I apologize for using a word on my live about two weeks ago. In my opinion you need to be able to analyze yourself and be able to recognize your flaws in order to fix them. I also talk about how we battle our demons and our vices everyday.

This week discuss Julio Jones wanting a trade, also the phone conversation between him and Shannon Sharpe.  Talked about Aaron Rodgers and the Packers situation how it can finish up.  Also took on Bree and Nikki about me still being a Pats fan while I continue to root for Brady.

This week we were down one but had resident expert nikki help out.  We discussed some of the news recently in the NFL.  We talked about our match up this coming season that we want to see.  Also Bree and Nikki continued there agreement to agree.

This week Bree, Nikki, Jun and Myself discuss some of the NFL events.  The possibility of Tebow joining the Jaguars, also what is the difference Tebow kneeling and Kaepernick Kneeling?

This week I am dedicating this episode to my mother Lillian, my wife, Sirena, Mari, Brenda and the rest of the women who I see being the best Mothers they can be. I was blessed to have a Woman who taught many things but the biggest thing is being in touch with my emotions and feelings. Who taught me how to express how i feel not being scared because I am a man. Thank you mom.

This episode is my thoughts of my time in the Navy. Lately I have been feeling down and lost not realizing that it was just my feelings on what possibly might happen this summer. If I am blessed to do two more years great but if not I am cool with it. But i hope you enjoy it.

Encounters are very important to us in our life. I say this because it is how we experience life and learn from others. Even when we feel that it was a waste of time and energy, it is not because you are learning something. I just want to thank all the people that I have came across in my life whether good or bad, and to those who I am going to meet in the future.

On the eve of the NFL Draft Bree, Jun and myself discuss the some of the draft, but also the recent re-signing of AB to the Bucs.  How the Bucs managed to bring everyone back.  Should the Steelers draft a Running Back or strengthen their O-line.  Not to mention the friendly banter between Jun and Bree.

In this episode I talked about how we cannot put a price on everything in life. Meaning there are somethings that money cannot buy, money cannot save you on or we can cut corners on. I discuss how having great people around you is something money cannot get for you especially genuine people.
