Spud McKay joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and shared his insights into last weekend's games in the Northern Areas Football Association. Spud also previewed this weekend's games, and gave a shoutout to the 12 players who were named in the initial Association squad, which will be reduced at a later date.

Southern Mallee Thunder star Rylee Cocks unpacked the latest Wimmera netball action on the Flow Friday Sports Show.  Cocks went into detail about how the Thunder can look to emulate leading sides Horsham Demons and Horsham Saints.

Aimee Riley discussed the latest Hume Netball results and the continued rise of Henty and Holbrook on the Flow Friday Sports Show.  Jindera maintain their cushion over Osborne on top of the ladder.

Courtney Trowbridge joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped last weekend's Western Eyre Netball Association games, both of which were decided by big margins, although one blowout was more surprising than the other.

Wimmera Mallee News journo Chris Graetz provided his latest editorial on the state of the Wimmera league results and news on this week's Flow Friday Sports Show.  Graetz offered his thoughts on the reserves grade this week and also informed listeners about a story he recently penned about a Warrack star from Adelaide playing a starring role for the Eagles right now.

Aimee Riley previewed multiple grades of Hume Netball on the Flow Friday Sports Show as the league resumes this weekend.  Riley dissected the matches across all four of the senior grades in the comp, with Jindera teams currently placed in first spot in three of the four divisions.
