Kylie Walsh provided an editorial on the latest North Central Netball B-Grade results and previewed today's action on the Flow Friday Sports Show.

Sally Bywater joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped last weekend's games in the KNT Netball Association, which were headlined by Mundulla's dominant performance against the reigning premiers Penola. Sally also previewed this weekend's slate of games, which includes some thrillers. 

Pat Brown joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and provided an update on the state of play in the River Murray Netball Association following strong wins for the Mallee Storm and Southern Suns.

Kristy Turnbull joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped the latest action from the Eastern Eyre Netball Association, as Ports put up a brave fight against Eastern Ranges and Kimba secured a comfortable win against Cowell. 

Courtney Trowbridge joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and provided a recap of the latest Western Eyre Netball Association. Courtney also previewed this weekend's games, which is headlined by a top of the table clash. 

Andrew Mitchell joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and shared his insights following an action-packed round of games in the North Eastern Football League. The Southern Saints handed the BSR Tigers their first loss in quite some time, and Blyth-Snowtown kept rolling with their third straight win after opening the season with five straight losses.

Ben Venning joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped all the latest results from the Riverland Football League. Waikerie's win plus fortuitous results in the league's other games saw the Magpies move to third on the ladder, with little separating third and fifth.

Lewis Roberts's side Meringur continue to make strides in Millewa football and Roberts talked about the latest results in the comp on the Flow Friday Sports show.  Roberts also discussed tonight's Millewa vs Mallee Stars intra-league clash. 

Tim McCormack appeared on the Flow Friday Sports Show detailing latest Picola footy news and action. Scorelines continue to baffle observers of the competition and McCormack gave his latest takes. 

Raelene Viney steps in for daughter Caitlin to deliver the Ouyen Kangas netball report on this week's Flow Friday Sports Show. In what is likely Ouyen's sportiest family, Raelene talked about her past playing career in netball as well as what her involvement with the Kangas looks like today. 

Rylee Cocks's Southern Mallee Thunder were stung by Warrick Eagles in Wimmera netball last weekend and the veteran player informed listeners of why she thinks the upset occured on the Flow Friday Sports Show.  Cocks also looked ahead to this weekend's action on the program. 

Aimee Riley was brimming with optimism for developing teams as entertainment factor of Hume Netball is laid bare. This week's lineup of fixtures includes Howlong's showdown with Osborne and Jindera's tough away trip to Holbrook.

Lewis Roberts discussed his team's "red hot crack" against Werrimull last weekend in Millewa football on the Flow Friday Sports Show.  Roberts also informed listeners about how last weekend's women's football comp unfolded with a cracker of a game between Gol Gol and Cardross.
