Hi, I’m in my mid-forties and riding the perimenopause rollercoaster. I also am 7 years into my sugar addiction recovery and have struggled so much this past year because of all my perimenopause symptoms. This podcast will be 30 minutes snapshots of my life as a sugar addict trying to manage perimenopause. Oh and working full-time and parenting 2 kids and juggling all of the things! I hope to inspire other women, make you laugh or at least make you feel less alone on this crazy journey.
