This lesson is the first of four on the topic of prayer. In order for us to understand prayer from a biblical perspective we must forget all that we know, or think we know, about prayer and learn from Jesus himself about what true prayer actually is. This is what the disciples had to do in Luke 11, and we must do the same.

In order for us to forgive the right way we have to be able to understand forgiveness from God’s perspective. There’s no other way around it!

Knowing the details of the end is critical for us in the last days of the church age. It’s so easy today for us to be focused on self while many are headed straight toward destruction! Let’s now be that way...

Bitterness is an evil, satanic tool that this world, our flesh, and the devil uses to thwart the plan of God in our lives. We must do everything we can to avoid it from taking root in our hearts. It will defile everything!

In this episode we conclude our study on the rapture by taking a look at three phases of the rapture taught in the Scriptures and the glorified body we will receive when we meet the Lord in the air. All these things should give us great hope and peace!

Our faithfulness to the Lord stands or falls on the motives of our heart. This is so critical for us to understand each and every day!

After the events of the rapture every born-again believer will stand before the judgment seat of Christ to give an account of the stewardship of their lives after salvation. This eternal perspective should give us immediate sobriety every day in order to live for what matters most! ...the word of God and the souls of men.

Salvation through Christ changes everything! It can be easy to forget and take it for granted. We must remember and allow our salvation to drive everything we do in our lives.

To me, the rapture is one of the most interesting things in the scriptures pertaining to the church. It is absolutely amazing! The hope that we have in Jesus Christ is sure, and it should help us receive comfort in any circumstance we go through in this life.

In this lesson we wrap up our discussion about creation, re-creation, and the gap. This issue from a biblical perspective really broadens our understanding of the whole Bible. It is critically important!

Our vision as a church this year is to be ready to go, so what does that mean for us as a youth ministry?

As we compare scripture with scripture we find some amazing truths about God and his overall plan. The topic of creation and recreation is one that really helps us understand God’s heart.

The spirit of this church age will lead us to utter failure in our mission given to us by God, but we don’t have to fail if we don’t want to! We need to follow Jesus’s example and lead to be successful in our daily walk.

The concept of time is something that came from the heart and mind of God, and it is quite fascinating!

We often leave Jesus outside and only invite him in when it benefits us, but we ought not to do that!

During this Laodicean age it can become very easy to take the gospel for granted. When we forget what Christ has done for us we will choose to sin and destroy God’s work in our lives! We need to remember...

Even though our church age ends in failure at the rapture of the church, we don’t have to fail as individual Christians! We need reminded of true love and receive God’s rebuke when it comes. This requires humility, which is not one of our strong characteristics.

This episode goes over what the Bible says about hell, the bottomless pit, and the lake of fire. This reality should shake us to our core and cultivate a heart for the lost and dying!

This lesson looks at the Laodicean problem of not being hot or cold and what God means by that statement.

This lesson briefly talks about the topic of heaven in the Bible. Learning about these things should help us stay eternally focused to make better decisions every day!

One of the things that plagues us the most as Christians in this church age is humbling ourselves before the Lord and submitting to his authority in every area of our life. We often fool ourselves into thinking that we are submissive when in fact we are not.

After discussing the types of spiritual beings that exist in the spirit world, we then moved on to discuss the hierarchy found within the spirit world.

Jesus said that we would be able to overcome the spirit of this church age, but we have to be obedient to some very specific things found in the letter to the Laodiceans. This lesson discusses those things, so we should take heed!

Part one of this study discusses the types of beings in the spiritual world. Next week we will be discussing part two about the overall hierarchy found in the spirit world.
