Hi, I've created these resources to help uplift you, some of them are instructive and others are true stories of people just like you, who have overcome various challenges. The latter half are meditations. Be brave, be confident, be bold. It's not always easy, but it is absolutely possible. You can do anything, when you have great communication skills, self awareness, self compassion, friendship and support.
