Dinner With a Movie

We set sail this week with a whole bushel of apples as we talk about our favorite pirate flick, and one of our favorite Disneyland rides.

Brandon and Blake guide Jose through an epic and dangerous journey across The Lord of the Rings Extended Editions. We eat various types of cheeses along with some wonderful tea and bread to accompany us in what may be the podcast with the most cheese sweats ever.

We're all deep undercover this week as we talk about another one of Blake's favorite childhood films. Does it have plenty of poorly-aged and problematic jokes? Oh yes. But there's nothing better than Frankie Muniz in his prime. Must be all the milk he drank.

This week we discuss Spielberg's masterpiece of a film and a sobering reminder of the Holocaust, Schindler's List. Our meal consisted of both  German Chocolate Cake as gifted to Schindler by his factory workers on his birthday and polska kielbasa, a part of the gift baskets Schindler sent to his customers.

Unfortunately we don't have Brad Pitt's swagger to allow us to eat throughout the entire podcast, but we did manage to eat some delicious homemade shrimp cocktail (courtesy of Brandon) and store-bought fruit cups beforehand. Personally, as Blake myself, I don't think fruit cups should exist, but to each their own. After our meal this week, we ask each other if Ocean's Eleven is a believable story....
