The New York Times ruffled some feathers this past week and for once it wasn’t because of how they gloss over some of the many horrors coming out of Gaza! (Sorry. My bad. That will be the last political thing I have to say for this series, I promise!) As any “best of” list by a major publication is wont to do, their “Best TV Shows of The 21st Century” list got many people talking and stirred up a...

Ok look, so who knows if it actually falls under any scientific umbrella, and sure, I didn’t even propose a hypothesis (stupid or otherwise) but I did have fun! I’m also choosing not to mention what it is in the title or in this here description on account of I want you to be surprised! All I will say is that I MAY have cracked some sort of internet code because the way I see it, if you hate this...

Hey y’all! Pretty simple fare today; thought I’d check in with all my fellow mental health strugglers and reassure you that things do indeed get better! In this episode of the now defunct WellRED podcast spin-off ‘Bubba Shot The Podcast’, the boys (Trae Crowder, Drew Morgan,& Corey Ryan Forrester) discuss one of their childhood favorites: Seminole Wind by John Anderson. That twang so familiar you could pick it out of a lineup from 2 miles away! Enjoy! PS. Thanks to all of you who have upgraded from free to a paid subscriber this week!! Y’all, did...

I rarely drink anymore. It reduced in stages. It went from only drinking every two days or so to maybe once a week. Until last week, I had gone a staggering 17 weeks without a sip. I didn’t make a decision to stop drinking. It’s just that for 17 weeks in a row, coincidentally, I never had the urge to drink. Never once did I consider that my relationship with alcohol was over, but Lord, it felt nic...

Here’s a little WellRED podcast early edition for you guys! Drew was off today for his birthday, which allowed me and Trae to nerd out a little bit about stuff he wouldnt give a s**t about (see: anything fun!) Also if you stick around for the end, you can hear me read my new Dolly story, but I am also going to be uploading it for its own post! Love you all and hope you have a great night! Corey Ry...

For this week’s episode of Thoreau Back Thursday (which if you’re just joining us is where, every Thursday, I read an old poem or essay etc and analyze it) I am breaking form a little bit to honor the late great Dolly Parton, a true poet who we tragically lost this week. If you have never heard this song, please do yourself a favor and rectify that RIGHT NOW! Hope yall are enjoying this series! Lo...

Me and the boys got the news right before we hit record so we apologize for the somber tone of this podcast, but it is an absolutely devastating thing that has happened. RIP to our undisputed Queen (This is the WellRED podcast, which will be released wide tomorrow morning as it is every wednesday, but I assumed you all would like to hear it now) More later Corey Y’all, did you know that while you...

THIS IS WHAT WE PLAY FOR!!!!! Y’all, it has been a helluva ride! In my personal opinion this has been the best season of HOTD so far. Characters evolved both for the good and for the bad, and lord almighty was their ever death and destruction! Whether you were a green or a black or just Ulfin’ it up with a beer on the sidelines, House of The Dragons Season 3 had a little something for everyone. I...

Today I talk about a really good new meal my wife and I made last night, Nathan Evan Fox’s new record that I’m really enjoying, growing up having the idea that you must be tortured to be an artist beaten into my brain, my recent bouts with depression, how the internet makes it worse, and how the world sucks. How are y’all doing? Love ya! More later Corey Y’all, did you know that while you can alwa...

Hey all! We had technical difficulties (and by technical difficulties I mean problems with our children 😂) last week, so this week we are giving you a MEGASODE of Little House of The Dragon! We start out with an apology to you all for failing you, which turned into a fun little 20 min segment. Then after that you get to hear (key word there is “hear” as we did not record video) the Instant Reacti...
