Today we learn from Pharaoh of all people! We learn about his willingness to love and serve despite any differences that might exist. 

Joseph again, teaches us about the nature of the Savior when he tells his brothers not to be grieved or angry with themselves because of their past mistakes. The Savior wants us to understand this truth as well, that part of repentance is letting go and forgiving ourselves. 

Today we learn about the great atoning sacrifice of the Savior and how His suffering allows us to freely come and partake of His goodness. 

Today we talk about Joseph's display of the attribute of forgiveness. 

Today we talk about how God expects us to act for ourselves, and about the symbol of Christ that Joseph's own brothers "knew him not." 

Just as Joseph was placed on the right hand of Pharaoh to save his people, the Savior sits on the right hand of God so that He can offer us salvation.

Today we learn from Joseph some principles of overcoming temptation. 

Today we look at the comforting doctrine that God can bless those closest to us for our sake. 

Today we talk about Joseph as a type and shadow of Christ, and how God is in the details of our lives to bless us for our good. 

Often times the paths to promised blessings pass through the pits of trial and despair. But take heart! God is the master gardener!

Today we begin looking at the life of Joseph of Egypt, and how the sin of envy, once it worms its way into the the lives of Joseph's brothers, begins to destroy them and their relationships.

At the end of his dream the Lord commits to Jacob that He will always be there to bring Jacob up.

Today we learn about how God can teach up and lift us up, even in the hard times.

Here, as we see Esau's reaction to the blessing Isaac gives Jacob, we learn a couple of very important parenting principles. 

Today we talk about the renewing of the covenants with Jacob. 

Today we talk about birthrights and what it really means when the scriptures tell us that Esau despised his birthright. 

Today we learn about the phrase, "If it be so, why is it thus?" In different ways and for different reasons, we have all asked ourselves something similar in our lives. 

Today we study the faith of Rebekah, who was willing to give up all in order to follow the Lord. As we seek for greater discipleship, are we willing to do the same?

Today we talk about how God asks us to do hard things, but in the midst of those hard things He is able to show us His desire to be with us and bless us. 

What can we learn about charity, faith and love from the example of Rebekah.
