Today we ask the question what helps us follow Christ. What guides do we have to come to Him? Just as we see Christ call and give power to the 12 in His day to point others to Christ, the prophets and apostles today will point us to the Savior as we heed their messages.

When the Savior turns and asks, "who touched my clothes?" I don't think He was cared that He was touched, or that strength had left Him. I think that He knew that someone needed Him. That there was someone in that crowd who needed His one on one ministry.

As we come to know Christ in the New Testament and we see His power to deliver spiritually and physically and we see the compassion that He has, we can take heart knowing that the loving and compassionate Christ of the New Testament is the Savior that worship today.

Do we have the kind of friends that bring us to Christ? More importantly, are we the kind of friends that bring others to Christ? If we will strive to point others to the Savior, naturally we will come closer to Him ourselves.
