Special shout out this morning to Sam and Gabe for coming out and joining the cold plunge crew! This morning was 27°F with water temperature of 33°F. At this point in the season, we are starting to break up ice, which is about a half an inch thick. Our conversation this morning was around the topic of near death experiences.
