During today’s cold plunge, we talk about the car accidents we have been in. Eli wins the award for most car accidents.!

Starting up a new season of colt plunging with Mitch, Jeremy, Tom, Stephen, Eli and myself and we start by asking the question why? Why are we doing this again? Why put our bodies and our minds through a state of shock intentionally? If it is so difficult and miserable, why are we doing it again?

I jump in solo to see if the water is cold enough to start our 3rd season of Cold Plunge Conversations! Air temp 65 degrees and water temp 62. Close enough for me!

With water temperatures now exceeding 60°F I invite the kids to join me in our last cold plunge of the season. Farewell winter hello summer! Goodbye until the fall thank you so much all for listening.

Just me this morning. Ambient temp 48 degrees, water temp 59 degrees. With water temperatures rising I talk about 4 ways you can “intensify” your cold water exposure when the water temperature isn’t as cold as you might want it to be.
