Meet CJ (Christopher James) Gerald who is making his Semi finals debut next week at Granite Games. He's done all the work, and is ready to display his fitness on the big stage. CJ has 3 dogs so thankfully - Cat has something to talk to him about!

This long time CrossFit veteran has made it back to the main stage after her last big finish at the West Regionals in 2018. Chelsea holds down a full time job in aerospace as a structural engineer and all the while she's shored up her fitness and is ready to play! She turns 35 next year and had lots of options for continuing in the sport she loves!

Meet newlywed Emily DeFeo who's making her second semifinals appearance next week at Granite Games. Her husband is her new coach and she's made a ton of changes in the past year to get her where she is now.

Dani - a recent PT grad, will make her rookie appearance at the Granite Games. She's worked very hard to get there and is most excited for the Legless Rope Climb event as that's what she's been working on the most! She's back and better than ever, her mom strength is peaking and while she's been to regionals in 2018, this could very well be her comeback season. She's happily maintaining a balance between wife, mother, gym owner and athlete. Looking forward to seeing her perform in Minnesota!

Introducing Granite Games Semi Finalist Joshua Hong this dual citizen has goals in both the United States and Asia. Look out for this guy as he has made huge jumps and is only going to get better.

Now she's going Indy and you'll see her at the 2022 Granite Games Semi Final in Minnesota Memorial Day Weekend.
