In this episode, we will explore the mental health of student-athletes by talking to one of the stars of Boise State Basketball Men's team, Omar Stanley. He will discuss his experiences with mental health and being a student-athlete, and how he has overcome his mental health challenges.

In this episode, we will check in on the problem of suicide. Suicide is a massive issue in our nation today and one that is not addressed enough. In the show, I have the privilege of bringing on a guest who attempted suicide. She can tell us more about her own experiences with this issue and how she overcame her mental health battles.

This is a podcast where we explore the mental health of those with disabilities on campus. We will hear from Anthony Vosdoganis, who has been diagnosed with Autism, and from the director of the educational access center, Allison Gonzalez.

Maryna Kucheriava, an exchange student from Ukraine, who was supposed to return home two years ago is still in America because of the conflict in her nation. So, we will check in with her, and learn more about her personal struggles and the roots of this horrible conflict.
