Channeling Amilyn

Do you ever feel out of control of your environment? We would be perfectly content if we could just have what we want, when we want it, exactly as we want it. Yet, it just is. That which we resist persists, instead choose to center and release that which is not in highest expression of self.

How do you feel about the current season of change? Are you resisting the information upgrades or in alignment, with what is? What do you expect will grow from this transition, come spring? I feel perfectly content and peaceful, knowing I am protected from the bite of the contrast.

I consistent connection with the highest expression of self helps with innovation and creativity. When you are able to ask the questions and have faith in the answer then you can gain clarity. It only requires you to create and maintain a positive relationship with self

There's a famine coming. Can you sense it? What are you currently seeking or relying on to nourish your existence? The potato is only sought after when the environment no longer delivers expectations. It takes more work to dig to the consistent offering below your feet than it does to idolize the Pharaoh, in expectations of his grace. It's time to bring potatoes to market.

There's this place inside of me, like a Winter wonderland of peace. There is nothing to do nor to be. The future does not exist here. Life force radiates from the center of my being circling between self and Mother Earth . Love, connection, alignment - they been found. Your bliss is within.

I've always been able to understand the information that comes forth in my channeling process. I acknowledge that I don't know much about the body but today was very odd. My body is a pump moving chemicals? Sometimes in my sessions with myself I don't understand what I'm being shown. It takes time to integrate and to unfold. I'll rely on faith to bring me clarity.

Often our struggles and limitations are of our own creation. Nurturing a relationship with self brings possibility for identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs. Awareness leads to intention and intention leads to action. Impotence in expression is due to projection of judgement, which stalls creation

Beneath the thinking is observing and beneath observing is an urge of inspired action. This week I'm noticing that which takes place in the present moment without the contamination of thought. The mental expression of thinking makes way for the present awareness of being. Tapping into the expression of animals to align with the essence of humanity

There is a resistance to stay in the present moment. The contrast between what is and my future creations leads me to wander off into a preferred yet distracted daydream. There is an addiction to experiencing bliss. There is a belief, arrogance and need to artificially create ONLY that which is pleasurable. I fear that which is not because of the story behind what is.

Being in the present moment was a challenge. I believed that I would be missing out if I took focus off my joy. The rock is nothing more than volume control for the dancing flower. Every enlightened being is centered. The expression is moved into the gray and away from the extremes of black-or -white. I'm finding new bliss in the balance

The more you build a relationship with self the bigger the challenges become. The present moment is a struggle due to the contrast that my future visions bring. Intellectually, I understand this. I am slooooow with the integration. Vulnerability is in the present. My futurism is often escapism in disguise.

Channeling Amilyn is an organically created process for aligning with my highest expression of self. The intention is to gather awareness and build connection with the truth of who I Am. By George! I think she's got it! I resisted the present moment because I feared not being in control without a plan. I spent all of my time trying to create a path that I could follow while on automatic pilot. Living only happens in today. This is where bliss lives

All the lessons come back to the now. My constant challenge is to get out of the future and be present. Connection with others needs presence. Anxiety is caused by my belief that I alone am driving the train. This is why the train is empty. I refuse to slooooow down or stop for the journey because the destination is my only care.

To be in service to others, one must know how to hold space for a new possibility while allowing the person to be exactly as they are. This skill is developed by holding space for oneself first. I'm still learning and the onion is peeling one layer at a time. The Channeling Amilyn process helps in the discipline of the unfolding.

I was ready to celebrate my separation from those struggling in their humanity. I have found my light and my true expression, yet still harbor a fear of "contamination" by the darkness in others. I am being called out of the corner and into courage. My purpose in humanity is in unity. Being a vessel of light means that I have endless fuel and can share the blessing and grace with others.

On life's journey we can misstep and fall into a hole of distraction. How does one pull themselves out and get back into authentic expression. Intention, attention and self compassion redirect the path. The Channeling Amilyn process provides a connection to your highest expression of self. This is your power.

Today's Channeling Amilyn process brought forth an awareness of time perception. Things are changing and I'm anticipating it. The wait seems longer. I will lean into patience. Another great realization is that in the creation process, following our purpose, sometimes we can forget about the individuals. I will point my attention to serving the individual and not just my process

I struggled. Procrastination and anxiety driven thoughts attempted to steal my productivity. Channeling Amilyn in the morning allows me to overcome my self created limitations and move on with my day. We are an expression of ourselves in this life. We have the power to change our stories and the experience of our days.

Sometimes you have an experience that is different than expected. Is could be labeled as negative or wrong because it is different from that which is. Life has a variety of experiences and the darkness brings depth to our light. We don't have to resist the darkness, only acknowledge it. We are the artist of our life canvas, expressing in the degrees of contrast.

Sometimes productivity can feel like we are drowning. If there's an anxiety around having a lot of activity then we can remember to take a breath. Today's Channeling Amilyn gave insight on how to stay in flow when things get busy. I'm gonna pop my head out of the water as needed and then also act on the intuition of when to connect with others.

It's my Neverending Story (cue movie score). Get into the back of the boat and flow with the current as I observe, staying in surrendered bliss. I have the option to start over when I get triggered by a negative programming, thoughts or emotion. Life is a gift which could be experienced as a curse, only by our choice.

Channeling Amilyn on the move was tough today! I really had to put in effort to connect with my highest expression of self. I bitched and moaned the entire way. Took an hour and 15 to finish. I feel successful today already.

We did it! This is the first episode of walking and building a relationship with self. Organic unfolding of mind and body expression. Plug in to yourself

Today, I connected to the still and quiet, egg-like energy seated inside of me. In contrast, the electric, ticklish energy outside of me was much more noticeable. This is a new tool coming into my awareness.
