Channeling Amilyn

Ok! Im finally doing it. I will be walking the canal in the mornings and talking to myself. I'm taking Channeling Amilyn on the move! We all need to spend time building a healthy relationship with ourselves. I process externally, and need accountability. Also, one of my top values in life is legacy. I'd like to leave an imprint of positive impact when I leave. (I'll get a head microphone too :)

There are times when the journey is long and repetitive. Where do we put our attention to stay productive, supported and content? There is a pace that can keep you moving forward while you "entertain" or focus on your present experience. Discover your alignment in your own Channeling process.

The present moment is the only place where miracles happen. Sometimes we can forget that we are the creators of this experience. Our world is but a mirror of our intention and attention. Find your Bliss by becoming the conscious creator of your avatar, your experiences, and your connection via communication within our shared reality

When we go into the world to play, a failure happens when we don't meet our expectations. We can become aware, let go of resistance, learn the lesson, and get back into flow. The time that it takes and the experience of that transition is up to us. I'm choosing to do the work to return to my highest expression of self. What is your choice?

When we tap into our highest expression of ourselves, we can draw from that source of power information and energy that we did not have in our physical understanding

In the creation process sometimes it's easy to just move forward and never think about where we have been. The issue with this is that where we have been was accomplished by the sacrifice of many people. Each contribution has its value. The intention is to build with respect on the creation of others rather than bulldozing them over. I will slooooow down to see the faces in the crowd.

When you spend time cultivating your connection with self, you may realize what you are doing is not working. You may need to change people, places, and processes. It is scary when we detach from old time lines and open up to new possibilities. It takes courage, security, faith, and ultimate surrender into the vision of your creation

If your visualization gifts are strong then you may question if you are controlling them or they are controlling you. Surrendering into your creative power is not falling into an expression which is external to you. You have the leash to guide your exploration

In creation there's an up-and-down fluidity of organic unfolding. Sometimes it feels like it's going to shit. I'm learning to just keep going and not listen to the voices in my head that criticize the way it should be. It's a messy and beautiful ride

Once you get connected with self then you'll want to play. I am ready to go into the world and serve others using the wisdom that I have obtained. There is much more to be learned to out in the world doing than there is inside reading a book. We all need to take the leap into action.

There are more unfoldings happening within the spaces between. I am unlearning my stories about needing to fill the space. The discovery is in how to be comfortable with the void. Being is between the thinking, doing and distractions.

Last week, I discovered the silence and a call to observe. This is where I am. In the Now. I have fearful thoughts battling the contrast from our societal expectations. Being is a different every from doing. Being is without validation, resistance or agenda. One with nature is a very different human experience. Practicing staying in flow that

Moving quickly is a way to feel productive but it's just an illusion. Creating more of the same at a higher intensity does not allow for creation. Slow down, observe and reflect. Make intentional choices rather than unconsciously burning through all the options. Change happens in the moments between

What if the strongest attachment to my identity is my talking? I've been challenged to listen and watch in the spaces of silence. When I am talking, it is the past and future which I am drawing from. Listening allows me to tap into a new paradigm. How could this possibly unfold?

Sometimes the knowledge received requires further experimentation and integration in the real world. From the space of creation comes the message to watch the space between the music. I'm not sure what this actually means. Today will be in discovery with excitement to see how this unfolds.

My channeling Amilyn process just expanded. I've been struggling with the ability to create. My focus was on the past and future which only replicates that which already exists. A new room opened up which allows me to create from a new paradigm. I'm working through the understanding and resistance to this new process.

When we feel limited in our expression then there is a story which we have created or adopted in conflict with or desired outcome. Channeling self allows for the identification and reprogramming of those outdated stories.
