Channeling Amilyn

Millions and billions of people are connecting globally. When we are trapped on an over-crowded highway, traveling to somewhere we don't necessarily want to be, we feel frustrated, impatient and tuned into survival instincts. Many will resist any other drivers from getting on the road. New travelers will discover an abundance of other roads not even being traveled. They will find the journey more...

We are called to do our inner work. Life's cycle of growth, destruction, and rebirth can be turbulent. When we align with our highest expression of self our light within can shine. This will cast out the shadows and fear. The solemn disposition is that of a soldier going into battle with a clarity and commitment to their purpose.

The energy shifts from survival to thriving. There is a respect for the tools that have been built through effort, with an attention given to the smallest details. The experience comes alive in understanding the compilation and quality of what is being served. There is a feeling of solemness, gratitude, and knowing of belonging.

In resisting my own vulnerability, I condemn the full emotional expression of others. I avoided negative feelings by bullying myself out of my heart and into my head. "This is useless, stupid and should not be". I am safe to feel and hold space for others in shadow. This is connection and community

This SHOULD NOT be! Struggling to accept that which IS as the divine nature of our species. To feel confident in my current expression, I condemned anything in contrast. Unconditional love for self is expressed in unconditional love for others. I accept the wholeness of the human expression.

When we feel limited in our current expression we can project a future of intensifying misery. We are not our expression. We are the CREATOR of our expression. Therefore stepping into the realm of possibility allows us to choose a new way of being. An expression that fits us will project a future of joyous unfolding.

This is a difficult lesson. I set the intention to play and others showed up to join me. There are impacts to the possibility of co-creation when I show up with artificial attachments, judging the choices of others or bail for another shiny opportunity.

To lead another you must first walk the path yourself. Your own experience brings understanding and compassion for the struggle. With the learned discipline of staying centered, your energy will not be influenced by the student. You are modeling a possibility by remaining grounded in alignment

How often does our knowing adult mind interfere with the child creator? There is a distinct separation between the desire to make it like it was and the ability to let go into the freedom of however it unfolds. My eyes scanning reality doesn't necessarily align with the flow that I feel from inside. Today, I will consciously choose play.

Channeling Amilyn is changing. This is what maturity feels like. Coming out from the other side into blissful living. No longer experiencing inner conflict, the world has opened to offer more delicious experiences. Let's continue to spend time with ourselves in awe.

Every experience we have in life brings us to our current expression. You can not achieve your greatness without the struggles. Yet, you must release the tie to your past expression in order to step into your current one. Focus on the being, not the doing. You are always on path

As you spend time with self you identify your focus in life. I'm being challenged to sit in the space of observation between the joy and the pain. The challenge unfolds from within. You are in alignment when you are not resisting your natural life expression. Are you channeling your highest expression of self?

Different but equal. How do you see yourself in comparison with other humans? Does your ego rationalize your righteousness above an other? We are on this planet playing the game of human expression. We may get the illusion that we are the game. Can you love your likeness in even the most shrewd players?

Nothing exciting or challenging is happening at this moment. It's just one foot in front of the other on this long journey. The goats will be at the top when I arrive. I need not concern myself with their ascension up the mountain. Observe, keep moving, align, the path unfolds with each step. We climb.

How do we all have space to express? Are we limited to only a few "right" narratives? Do we have to judge and condemn others to feel an illusion of more space? How we show up is the reflection of how we think our beliefs fit into our narrative of "others". If we feel we have space for both the sun and moon to exist, then we connect.

When old programming has been removed it makes space for a new possibility. The chapter on feeling unworthy has been closed. The story is complete and no longer a part of who I am. The next story unfolding is titled PRECISION. I'm curious as to what awaits

Today we are diving deep into uncovering insecurities. We see ourselves as we think other people see us. How often do we hide our truths to make somebody else's life easier because our spirit is too big for them to handle. What is the meaning around value and worthiness that we create for self and others?

There are many ways we can become misaligned. Triggers, things which make us uncomfortable, alert us to an opportunity for growth. Money is an imaginary barter system that can negatively or positively impact our expressions. I get to choose how I view the role of money in my creative efforts. What is your story about money?

Today, I got the most amazing offering in celebration of my 43rd year on this planet. I connected with the highest expression of the people I love. The power and beauty they hold knocked me on the floor in awe. I am so very blessed to be in their presence. Gratitude for this birthday awareness. I am never alone. We are here playing together

We are called to do great things. Sometimes we can feel distracted, in resistance or lack faith. Once you get connected to your highest expression of self then your path will unfold. The goal is to stay on that path and acknowledge when you get off that you can return to it. If the environment ever gets rough just pop out your umbrella. You have all that you need within, go get it.

Take this slice of time to reflect on the past and set intentions for the future. Yet, no impact can be made except for in the present.
