Channeling Amilyn

Today's lesson is to be. Again, the message to stop seeking with a desire to be in control of the creation. Head above the treetops, observing in awe with gratitude as I'm filled with treasures curated specifically for me. Receiving that which flows through letting the seeking and speaking subside. Like Diego!!!

Doing our inner work supports us in maturing our gifts. The young naive, seeking Canary becomes intentional, slowing down into a knowing wisdom. The Blackbird is solemn and exudes an abundant life. The transition from canary to blackbird comes from first nurturing self and then serving others as you progress on your own path. Is there resistance to growing into this expression?

I believed that to be in community you had to sacrifice your expression. To be one of them, I must not show the contrasting expressions of me. I pretended to believe, speak, act, dress and condemn just like them. I conformed myself so much that I forgot who I AM. There is another way to allow space for authentic expression of all humans in every community.

Have you wondered why you have your specific life focus? Why have you dedicated your life to the cause that you find yourself currently within? I find humility in the divinity between past completion and future creation, on both personal and collective levels. It MUST be you, keep going.

The road is long and the journey is personal. We can hold contempt when the flock moves without us. If we realize that we are being watched over at all times then we can enjoy the moment of peace. We are provided space to express with abundance nearby

How often do we solve problems for others by demanding that they express their lives as we do? We help by holding spaces and providing resources, removing obstacles. Who moderates what is acceptable expression? Service is NOT the controlling of another.

Today's question was where do I place my attention and what do I retain? The answer was to trust the tether that leads and focus on connecting with the oneness of the group a few steps behind me, and find ways for us to have beneficial experiences along the way.

The answers are in there, how do we bring them out? In building a relationship with self we can ask all kinds of questions to gain clarity. I'm using my channeling process to brainstorm ideas for creating a digital space for teen connection and growth.

Insecure in the creation process. There is so much that is unknown. The confusions over what I am missing distracts from putting effort into that which I can work with now. It's like a paralysis caused by emotions. I'm going to skip cleaning out the spoiled milk in the back of the fridge and handle the task at hand.

Fear, vulnerability, lack of confidence. It's so much safer to lead from the front of a crowd. The connection to the individual demands a much more tender interaction where the other can influence my experience too. I'm almost ashamed in my weakness and resistance. The journey is not always bliss

We are being called out into the light. It is time to let go of mental clutter and think about something in a different light. Ask for help. A shift in perspective is coming. Stress will be relieved. It is safe to choose that which resonates with your heart. If you feel challenged, love yourself through the transition. You will make your life easier for yourself through service to others.

I've been struggling doing the same task as before with a new intention. There is energy exerted in the learning and integration of emotional intelligence. I am having compassion with self through the transition of doing business in 2020. Alignment helps.

My overwhelming passion for new possibility sometimes becomes distracting from my purpose. I struggle with a false choice in my mind of this or nothing. My shiny, cool toy allows me to play while my people are struggling. There's work to be done now. Can I put down my toy and have faith that it will still be there when I return? Big picture impact over momentary pleasure

Even when it seems that nothing is happening, something is happening. Absence of something is only a judgment due to an expectation of what "should" be there. Mindfulness is practicing being aware of what is happening at all times.

2 different experiences. One is tuned into all of the data outside of me. I focus on the future and big picture. The other experience is that of a child, oblivious to the world around them. Tuned into the minute details of the internal present moment. Let's see how this lesson unfolds....

We have the gift of time for observation. We can now read, listen, and feel into the narratives of our lives. As the author, you can re-write aspects or begin brand new chapters. As a collective we can understand the needs beneath the narrative and connect in meeting those needs.

Do you know what you do when you are failing? What is your pattern when things don't unfold easily? The Channeling Amilyn process not only helped me overcome my stall but it gave me insight for helping others too.

Doing can be mindless. Consider all the busy doing which consumed your days before the quarantine. Now, you are encouraged to align with being. Efficiency is replaced with creative intention, experimentation and failure. We are building ceremonious ways to flow with clarity.

We are now exponentially changing human culture. Everyone will have capacity to surpass physical and mental limitations. We will be creating and collaborating on an entirely new level of expression. Are you ready?

We have a unique opportunity to change our pattern of expression. We start in the space of possibility, listening to inspiration. Then we sit with self and get clarity on how to be our highest expression. Finally, we take that light into the world to create the life of our desires.

How long did you sit with yourself today? We have been given the opportunity, as a species, to go quietly within our seed of expression. You can use this time to cultivate your highest expression of self. That which we plant now, will be harvested on the other side of the quarantine.

With the world activities and time slowing down, we are living in the present moment. We have the option of creating something fundamentally new in this space or just transferring meaning from the past. Passively experiencing life requires less effort than intentionally creating it. Are you a creator or a victim in your life role?

Today, I gained a respect for that which I overlook, due to judgements. What we regularly take for granted is the foundation for all expression. I have gratitude for the diversity of roles in our world and equal respect for the service of each life.

The path is narrow requiring intention, focus and compassion for the struggle. We are moving into the age of Wi-Fi. It's time that we cut the cord. This evolution is opening up the possibility for access to everyone and individual expression beyond the rote systems. Change is uncomfortable.

Global events can have exponential impact on the human experience. As we align internally, we become aware of the environmental changes, including human impact. Our emotional expression is ours to choose. We can become productive using our gifts or hide in protection of the unknown. There is diversity in each personal unfolding
