Channeling Amilyn

Today, I am finding it very challenging to surrender. Once again I am struggling with faith that I will be taken care of if I stop trying to control. My heart centered inner child is fearful and my head dominant adult does not want to slow down to console and connect with that vulnerability. We are not aligned today. This is the work.

The separation between the parent and the offspring is because they are resisting the expression of the other. This is a natural process of evolution. They are making space for both expressions to exist. It is only when the two generations reunite in collaboration that life realizes its full potential. Alignment, balance and removing the desire to control that which is not you.

I still struggle with faith in the unfolding. I keep my control always seeking and thinking there must be something more. It can't be this easy. What else do I need to do because being is not anough? I know where I am going. I know how I'm going, yet I still fear going. Surrendering is my work

I've always wanted to be the winner because I was taught that one does not succeed unless others fail. Living my life in service of others must mean that I will be miserable. Only I take care of me and if I'm taking care of we then who will take care of me? Community is impossible with fear of survival and the necessity of separation for personal value. This path is a challenge

On the journey inward, sometimes the greatest payoff is the releasing of your authentic expression to play. No more blaming, complaining or anxiety to get things right. You finally get to freely shine your light from within

"Community" what does that mean? I'm starting to understand at a core level, community is a dedication to the collective people, expressions, and impacts. How do we do this? What depth of relationships are we building? Do we manage the gifts (productivity) of the community or cultivate and support the soul expressions of each individual? Is it beyond the scope of a company to take responsibility f...

Consider why we live. Do you have an understanding of your purpose, path, and expression? Is there clarity in who you are, what you want, and how you will express? Channelling the highest expression of yourself will help you gain awareness and raise your confidence along the way.

There are past rejections that brought me pain. I did not process the emotions at the time. Every time I repeat the expression that brought the past condemnation, I feel shame again. There is no external judgment, now it only comes from self. I must stooooop this pattern to express in my full potential. Lean into faith and release the fear

Often we are attempting to find or develop people to fit into a created collective. What if we focused on the individual and they organically byilt the collective in alignment with OUR highest good. I have less and less power as I learn to lead.

Where does our power come from? Do we create and produce the energy that others must tap into? Is there an energy that flows through us to which everyone what has equal access? Consider yourself an expression, where is the data coming from? Your individualized mind our the universal collective?

America is raising a generation of dancers, afraid to take one step out of line -imagineers. This was exactly my struggle this morning. It's all just mental chatter. I can quiet it through compassion and breath. I ibtentionslly choose to release my struggle with "fitting" in to the external narrative

The king is authoritarian and uses the might of his sword to get things accomplished. He can clear out the old and make way for the new. The queen is nurturing and uses the compassion of her heart to cultivate new growth. A balance between the masculine and feminine expressions is alignment

Doing the inner work is much more than just finding your expression and healing trauma. Your expression impacts the creation of others when you combine efforts. If you don't do your inner work then you could be spreading the destructive energy to those playing around you. Only you can prevent your dumpster fires 🔥 from spreading

I'm aware of my separation. I struggle to unite as one, for fear that the individual expressions will lose their distinction and thus "specialness" when they are all blended without boundaries. The parent must take responsibility and return to the child yearning for connection. Why do I resist the expression of love?

Progress calls for being present and not making it about myself. Doing the inner work leads to doing the external work required for creation. I'm still building a habit of getting out of my own way

How do you clarify your creative ideas? I used the Channeling Amilyn process to dive deeper into understanding the storyline and curriculum for my collaborative teen and young adult VR community project. It's not a science, it's imagination. Let go and receive inspiration with patience.

What stops expression? We stifle our work with judgements of what is considered good or bad quality based on an external measurement. We also prevent our engagement in creation activities because of our insecurity about being good enough to deliver. The release comes through an intention to play in the present moment

Inner work is WORK, it's a practice. It takes time for change to happen and we make the experience pleasant or miserable based on our narratives and resistance. Choose to breathe staying in the present, put in the effort with focused intention letting go of the results. Spend some time on the bench observing and supporting the team rather than trying to be the star.

As I bid this momentary farewell, I hope you will follow the mystery inward. Take a moment to voyage into your consciousness. I can't tell you what you will encounter but I will guarantee an endless adventure. See you on the other side of the veil (Dec 12th)

We are back in society and life didn't stop while away. Learning and transitioning are still in process. I desire to be in the future now, to be at the top of the pyramid without having to work on the foundation at the base with everyone else. It's time to learn how to be a teammate even while sitting on the bench.

Do you know what your highest expression of self looks like? We use our flesh suits to interact in our world and play out our storyline. The body can be a blessing and useful tool or it can become a curse and distraction. I now have an image machine to work with for aligning my physical aesthetics with my inner light. Let's keep playing and doing that inner work.

It is the time in our human evolution for each individual to do their inner work. Collectively, we each contribute to our shared human expression. That which you disagree with our there is also being generated inside too. Once we heal ourselves then we express authentically and receive the benefits of a healthy society.

We live inside our bodies. They are the tools we use for human expression. How well do we connect and use this tool? Do we take it for granted and just get in and drive, ignoring all the servicing that it needs to perform well and for as many years as needed? Today's lesson was to sit in the body with awareness.

It's time we do our inner work. The world is in transition and without our individual balance, external situations impact our internal experience. That which you express in reaction to what you experience in the world is returned as your reality. We still have choices to put distance or boundaries between us and that which does not nourish us. Change is still unfolding...

The challenge presented is to observe without meaning making. Trust what is seen in the presentation without filtering it through the mind. Other senses come alive and the unknown is experienced. The process is foreign but intriguing. What else lies outside the old pattern of awareness? Be a witness without controlling the unfolding.
