I have your fishing report here from yesterday from everywhere (even the pond in my front yard) and also some tips on how to get the Sheephead in a feeding frenzy! I'm also going to share with you some of my favorite places to get fresh shrimp!

Bringing you a recap of the 41st Annual Pirate's Cove Billfish Tournament, a weekend fishing wrap up and a look ahead for the week all in this report!

Yeah, you read that correctly! In this story, Capt. Ashley Croswait stops by to chat about the tournament as whole and what goes on behind the scenes, especially on the last day!

Capt. Marty and Justin run through the results one last time for the tournament and talk a little bit about the polygraph test that COULD be administered if they directors deem it necessary. 

While Capt. Marty is tallying up the scores from the final day of the tournament, Justin brings you the UNOFFICIAL results of the day. It should be noted that a BIG Dolphin is being brought to the docks by the Wallhanger.

As the boats begin to arrive Capt. Marty notes that there are only two fishing days left in this tournament and discusses the strategy going forward that the boats will likely use that are trailing in the standings. 

Wrapping things up here on Day 2 of the tournament, Capt. Marty provides us with a last minute tournament update for the day and explains the photo verification for each billfish caught.

Docking a boat isn't as easy as it looks! Especially one of the big charter boats like they have at our local marinas here on the Outer Banks, but one day as a rookie captain the owner of The Tarheel, Capt.
