Do you love the Lord? Do your actions prove that you love Jesus? In the final section of 1 Corinthians, Paul challenges the church to live like they love the Lord. 

How can we be faithful in our giving? As we come to the end of 1 Corinthians, Paul gives three necessary aspects to faithful giving in the church. 

What is the proper response to the birth of Jesus? In Matthew 2:1-12, we see three different responses to the birth of Christ. Some are indifferent, some are indignant, but some believe. 

What is Christmas all about? Is it the stockings, lights, presents, and happy memories? Or is Christmas about something more? In Matthew 1:18-25, we learn the true meaning of Christmas. Christmas is all about the birth of Jesus Christ.  

Why do we celebrate Christmas? We celebrate Christmas because Jesus is our Savior and King. Over the next few weeks, we will rehearse the birth of Christ and what it means for us.

What is the purpose of Thanksgiving? Is it family, feasts, and football? Or is Thanksgiving something more? In Psalm 100, we're invited to worship God with joy and thanksgiving.

Yesterday, we celebrated the ordination of Pastor Christian. Pastor Dave challenged us from 2 Timothy 4:1-5 on the role and responsibility of a pastor. The pastor must preach the Word!

What is our victory as Christians? In 1 Corinthians 15:50-58, we're reminded that our victory comes through Jesus Christ when He returns. Sin and death will be destroyed, and we will be victorious. 

Do our bodies matter? Are they important to the resurrection? In 1 Corinthians 15:35-49, we learn that our bodies are essential to the resurrection. Because Christ is risen, we will rise from the dead with imperishable bodies. 

Death is an inescapable fact of life. So what is the solution for our problem with death? In 1 Corinthians 15:12-34, we learn that the resurrection is the answer. The resurrection is essential to everything we believe. Listen to the sermon here:

Should the church have an order of service? Does liturgy matter? These important questions are answered in 1 Corinthians 14:29-40. The worship service must be arranged to demonstrate decency and order. 

Why should we believe the Gospel? In 1 Corinthians 15:1-11, Paul answers this question by defending the genuineness of the Gospel. We can believe the Gospel simply because it is true. Learn more in the sermon- "The True Gospel":

What is the purpose of the gift of tongues? As we move through 1 Corinthians, Paul addresses this prominent question in chapter 14. We learn that God's Word is superior and should always be our focus.

Why don't we speak in tongues today? As we move through 1 Corinthians, this question is vital in chapter 14. Paul teaches us that speaking God's Word is superior and should always be the focus of the church.

What is love? Our world is obsessed with this word, yet there is a lot of misunderstanding around it. Even Christians fail to understand what true love is. In 1 Corinthians 13, we learn what biblical love is and why it's supreme. 

Our world is divided over many issues. From politics to ethics, gender to economics, we are split on every front. But what about the church? How can the church have unity in a divided world? 1 Corinthians 12 has the answer. 

Have you ever felt you have no gifts or abilities to serve? Does it feel like everyone else in the church has a job except you? The truth is you're not alone. But 1 Corinthians 12 teaches us that God has graciously gifted you to serve His church. 

What is the Lord's Supper, and why is it important? Sadly, there's a lot of confusion around this vital element of the church. In 1 Corinthians 11, Paul teaches us about this celebration and reminds us of its importance to our worship and growth. 

"What about head coverings?" This question probably isn't one we would ask the Apostle Paul. However, this was a serious issue in the Corinthian church. Life is not about you. This phrase completely contradicts our culture's thinking because we're taught that life is all about me. But the Bible teaches that life is all about God. So, we should use our lives to serve Him.

Our hearts produce idols that we unwittingly worship. Yet, this idolatry is a grave offense against God. Through this idolatry, Satan seeks to destroy us through distraction, taking our attention away from God. Pastor Dave challenges us to flee idolatry and find our satisfaction in Christ,

What are you willing to sacrifice for the sake of the Gospel? Too often, we care more about our desires and goals than the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In 1 Corinthians 9, we learn that we need to be willing to give up our rights for the sake of the Gospel.

What is the church's responsibility for the pastor? Is it right for pastors to get paid by the church? This week we examined what Paul said about this topic in 1 Corinthians 9

Disagreement is a regular part of life. Even Christians have to deal with disagreement. How can we remain unified despite our differences? In 1 Corinthians 8, Paul answers this vital question.
