This podcast is both in english and spanish, where we talk about the bitterness in life and I do my best to sweeten it up because it can be bitter but we owe ourselves to sweeten it up. This started in March of 2020 a way to heal through my own journey but to honor my own heritage since CAFE was and still is a way we talk about navigating the changes of life witinh our own family. The stories we have make us genuine and vulnerable so share your story you will impact someone. Thank you for listening, tuning in and being here. I appreciate it.
