75+ minute episode. This sequence includes many (many) lunges. This sequence was inspired by a class I took which focused on the psoas muscles. The class culminates in an attempt at mermaid pose. This 75min+ sequence prepares the practitioner for both lotus and headstand postures, so why not play around at combining the two? Class starts out nice and slow with some great leg work. Have a blanket, block, and strap handy. Accidentally cut "OM" at the end of the recording.

75min+ class. We start with a prolonged breath exercise which is followed by an assisted reclined hand-to-big-toe pose. If you can find someone to assist you for that part of class you'll be glad you did. If not, you can fast forward for a couple of minutes. One block and one strap would also be helpful.
