"Bloom Into Your Best Self" is a podcast that does just that, help you bloom into your best self! I talk about topics in a raw and unapologetic way, and sometimes I talk to my listeners from the perspective of my clinical expertise as a licensed marriage and family therapist. But more times than not I share from my personal experiences in life which will always come from the perspective of a Black woman first. Overall on my podcast you will get some self help tips, some encouragement, some motivation, and some inspiration because my ultimate goal is to help you BLOOM INTO YOUR BEST SELF!
