Welcome to the matfam! I am Lisa Schoenholt, the owner of Brooklyn Embodied Pilates and creator of the Control D method: The Art of Diastasis Repair. This mom centered podcast will talk about exercising during and after pregnancy, pregnancy and labor injuries that can happen and what you can do beforehand to minimize your risk of these injuries. I’ll have guests that are experts in various fields, birth stories will be shared, as well as having conversations about how to educate and empower women during different phases of their lives.
