Once you own your own part in a conflict, how do we go about speaking the truth in love? This Sunday we are going to define CANDOR and learn how to pursue it when conflict still remains. Let’s look at three truths about CANDOR and shine a light on conflict resolution.

The first step in reconciling any conflict is to own your own part. We do this as Romans says, as far as it depends on you, by examining our own part in the conflict and seeking forgiveness for our contribution through REAL confession. But why are so prone to point out the other person’s faults? We need a Gospel centered response that overcomes fear and shame. Let’s look at three truths together.

We all love a good ending and sometimes they leave us wanting more. Today we look at the end of the story of Acts to see how Paul finished his recorded ministry and how Luke opened the door to let us know the story is just beginning. We are in the beginning of the end of the beginning.

Storms in life are inevitable. It is how we weather the storms that truly matters. This morning we look at the Apostle Paul who is headed for shipwreck on the way to Rome. And yet he has such poise and trust in God in the middle of his literal storm.

Paul’s heart’s desire is on display in the final conversations of his third trial. We find his desire is to see all people persuaded to Gospel belief. So how does he go about it? Lets look at Paul’s HEART, the METHOD to his madness, and the POWER of place.

Paul is asked the question WHY. WHY are you a Christian, Paul if it causes you this much controversy? In a great lesson for us, Paul spends more time highlighting Jesus and His resurrection than ever defending himself. However, in doing so, we see his identity needed to be freed, forgiven, and pointed to the future. Let’s unpack that together.

Paul is in good company with Jesus as a man continually put on trial for disrupting the political and religious order of the day. So how does he manage to stand up under interrogating eyes and vicious lies? With SOVEREIGN, GOSPEL, HOPE. Let's look at three ingredients of hope this morning that will aid us in our discipleship pathway.

This Sunday as we look at the conversion of two women we will be encouraged by seeing that the Gospel goes to all types of people, in all kinds of different ways, with all kinds of unintended important changes as a result.

A great debate had arisen in this first decade of the church. The question was whether the Jewish church had a vision big enough to accept Gentile Christians without requiring them to also become Jews. Were the Gentile Christians just a reform within Judaism, or a sign of a New Covenant with all people where no favoritism or distinctions would be made? The issue at stake was GRACE.

This morning we set out with Paul on the first of his three missionary journeys. We will look at different applications of taking the Gospel to the people in our lives. Paul shows us a Spirit empowered, grace filled, contextualized Gospel full of FACTS and PROMISES all dependent upon the RESURRECTION.

This morning we are looking at the church that changed the world from Antioch. From this model church, we see some of the best practices that are necessary to cultivate a soil that grows mature disciples. Let’s look together at some of the practices and find encouragement and motivation.

Evangelism is at the heart of the book of Acts and at the heart of the Great Commission. This morning we look at the incredible evangelistic encounter between Phillip and the Ethiopian eunuch. In our own struggles with evangelism we will be challenged to pursue three foundations of Evangelism- LOVE, the SPIRIT, the STORY.

As persecution strikes the church in the wake of Stephen's execution, Christians begin to flee Jerusalem, taking the gospel with them into the surrounding communities.
