Created with the coach/trainer in mind, these conversations are centered around the practical application of coaching the complete client. The host, Spencer Nix, holds a master's degree in neuroscience & applied cognition as well as being a gym owner for 16 years. He has traveled the world coaching coaches. His facility (also called Behavior & Performance Research) serves as a "test kitchen" for all the protocols, tools and frameworks discussed.
