Welcome to "Before The Dip", a podcast hosted by Ravi Rudner and Murray Warner, good mates, dads, and small business owners who share a passion for wellbeing, community, and coffee. Murray, originally from NZ has now settled in the beautiful suburb of Mona Vale, while Ravi, originally from QLD, has made his home in the vibrant community of Manly. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to their show, drawing on their diverse backgrounds and shared interests to explore a range of topics related to health, happiness, and personal growth.
