Glory is the awaited reward for those who have placed their faith in the Lord. However, what is it? Is it really worth all the suffering it takes to get there?

God's sovereignty, God's love, God's power, and God's grace should never diminish the importance of the faith of the believer. He saves and sustains those who have placed their faith in Him.

The overall message Romans 8 seeks to convey is the confidence of being totally secure in Christ. Leaving no doubt or question as to the assurance of God's work in us.

One of the greatest challenges to the believer is coming to grips with the fact that they are a work in progress.

Celebrating the decision to choose life in Christ and let go of the old.

Those who place their faith in Christ no longer use sin to guide or measure their lives. They are to seek Christ and the fruit of righteousness, knowing that the rest will take care of itself.

The grace of God changes the ultimate reality for those who receive it.  They are no longer destined to die; they are destined to live.

Just when we think we understand the love of God or even doubt it, we realize His love is more.

We look at Romans 4 and how we struggle to believe that our heroes needed grace just like we did.

After making clear the desperation of the human condition, the book of Romans reveals how God made possible the impossible and brought hope to the hopeless.

Understanding the human condition is essential.  We have to realize the dead end of self-righteousness before we can begin to look for help from somewhere else.

Addressing the reality that people can love Jesus but not believe He overcame death.

Sin isn't just "out there." It is inside each of us.  And without regard to one's claims, God will judge the sin of all people without partiality... even those who claim to be His people.

God is revealed when mankind is left to its own devices and it becomes clear that something is wrong and missing.

In this introductory message to the book of Romans, we see Paul walking the line between honoring the Romans while making it clear that the gospel is supreme.

The mission of Beach Bible church is to make mature and whole disciples of Jesus Christ, who stand strong in their faith and courageously follow Jesus in their daily lives.

Disciples of Jesus Christ have been given a gift to share.  It is good news and comes with no strings attached.  They are to shine in this world and help others receive the gift of salvation and eternal life.

From the day they gave their life to Christ to the day they appear before the Lord, a disciple should grow into increasing Christ-likeness.

Service to others is an integral part of being a disciple.

A disciple's pursuit of God includes a pursuit of community that helps them see His will more clearly.

Obedience is not something we do out of fear or in hope of reward. It is something we do to be like the one we love.
