Be Brave is a podcast all about the ups and downs of eating disorder/anorexia recovery. We talk about the challenges, uplifting aspects, strategies, funny stories and tips for overcoming an eating disorder. As an individual that has struggled with a severe eating disorder and overcome it, I hope to provide personal insight as well as empathy and understanding that can only come from someone who has been in a similar position.
