Events are a a good marketing practice. We learn how to promote and build anticipation. But, some of us miss out on a huge opportunity by not taking advantage of the days that kids are idle because they are out of school. There are many days in their respective school district that they are out of school which could be a great opportunity for us.

This is a medley of thoughts. Sensors around continuous improvement, systems, hiring green or a hiring great and whatever that means, and inspecting what you expect.

We had a Playbook user double his income. And another increase his revenue by 37%. Both in large part due to The Playbook. We want to be pack the gym, but do we have the systems in place to even have that type of growth, and do it while still providing good service?

There are depth charts and there are org charts. The org chart reminds me of the business version of a player depth chart. As we are “snowed” in, I am auditing and thinking about where I stand on the organizational chart and how to give myself a promotion.
