In Acts 2: 1-21 the Holy Spirit falls and people begin to speak in many languages about the wonderful things God has done! God ignites and empowers His church through the Spirit, and promises to pour out his spirit on all people (including us)! Acts tells us what that might look like/ what to expect.

In John 14, Jesus promises and introduces the Holy Spirit. We are seeing Jesus at work here, and we celebrate all that he is doing in the lives of so many people.

In Luke 24 Jesus appears to the disciples, and as he breaks bread with them they realise and recognise that Jesus is among them. We too are seeing reminders that God is here with us - we recognise the signs of him and what he is doing!

In Luke 8 we read stories of Jesus' power at work, and we see his willingness to give it. We are invited to be sharers of that power, and we too can see Jesus at work today.

An opportunity to respond to what God is building, by praying, serving and giving.

In Luke 24 the risen Jesus speaks to the doubting disciples and commissions them and us to bear witness to his life, ministry, and resurrection, proclaiming the good news.

In John 20, Jesus miraculously appears to his disciples, offering them peace in a time of huge uncertainty. We too can receive peace by His Holy Spirit at work in us today.

Jesus knows us and calls each of us by name today.

In the gospels we read of Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem. We too can welcome him into our lives today, and live in the reality of the Easter story, whatever our circumstances.

Ephesians 6 calls us to pray in the Spirit on all occasions, with all kinds of prayer and requests. This is simple yet powerful, a call to constantly pray.

Ephesians 6 calls us to be active in standing our position as soldiers and servants for Christ, to be on watch, and clothed with His armour.

Ephesians 5: 8-20 tells of our transformation in God, and calls us to be intentional about what we do with our lives, to focus them on worship. With guest speaker Sarah Yardley.

Ephesians 4 and 5 call us to step up and actively play a part in our own living as a Christian. To follow God's example, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love.

Ephesians 3:14-21 Encourages us to grasp how wide and long and high and deep the love of Christ is, and to be empowered to know and share it.

Ephesians 3 tells us the diverse church is central to God's plan. We are called as the church to We are called as the church to reveal Jesus, sharing the good news.

Ephesians 1: 15 - 23 tells us that God shares with us the power that raised Jesus from the dead. We wander around with a great power and authority that is above everything and we are called to open our eyes to it.

Ephesians 1:3-14 says you were included in Christ when you heard and believed the message of truth and marked with a seal - the promised Holy Spirit. We live in that power and reality today.

Ephesians 2: 19-22 - God is building a home. He's using us all, irrespective of how we got here—in what he is building. Each of us are included as we are filled with the Spirit

Ephesians 2: 8-18 says that no matter how we got here, or how long or short a time we’ve been here, we are equally part of it – that is the vision for a truly diverse church that will demonstrate God’s love and his wisdom.

In John 14, Jesus calls us to ask in His name, and believe we'll see greater things than even He did on earth. We can speak the powerful name of Jesus over everything in our lives today.

In Mark 15 we see Jesus in the moments leading up to his death crying out to God what often our hearts feel in those moments. During the hardest moments of our life it can be hard to pray, when it is the thing we need most.

In Matthew 11, Jesus prayer starts with thanks to God for what God has decided to do. There’s a call for us to thank God at all times.

In John 17, Jesus prays for unity, that we may be as one. We are different, unique individuals, but called to look to Jesus and be united under Him.
