The U.S. is no longer in the World Cup, but, hey, did we really expect anything different?  We also discuss the Rockies.  More accurately, we share the reasons we do not pay as close attention to them as we used to (Spoilers: it's ownership).  We also touch on the NCAA football story that just.  Won't.  Die.  And, no, it has nothing to do with Colorado.

Backyard Bleachers is at full strength, but they still...  Today we discuss a number of topics.  From Phil Mickelson displaying the behavior of a sex pest (adding to is extensive list of faults), to NBA and NHL free agency, re trades, to the World Cup and the absolute dumbest rule in all of sport.  Also, LeBron a Nugget?!?!

Corey is on vacay, so Chris is flying solo.  Today is a quick hitter to get up to date on the sports events.  The NBA Finals, Stanley Cup Final, and return of Mike Babcock are covered.  

Our hosts give a postmortem on the Avs getting unceremoniously bounced from the Stanley Cup Playoffs by the VGK.  We discus went wrong and where they go from here.  Basically, it's the same as episode  2, just sub the Avs for the Nuggets.
