Another cops Mentality

This week's guest speaks on her experience as a stay-at-home mom who also opens up about her battles with post-partum.  She is a stay at home mom, who was able to give the hosts an amazing insight on her day to day tasks and struggles with being a LEO wife.

Episode 9 features our first female guest.  Carol graced us, and provided an emotional episode filled with her experience as being a military/ LEO wife with children.  Carol makes all three hosts tear up when talking about her story and perspective.  

Hosts discuss relationships, spouses, families, upbringing and how they are all affected by one's mental health, and impact one's mental health.

Hosts along with active LEO and Airforce National guard joke about fantasy football punishments, and then dive into how leadership or lack there of effects Mental Health.  We then discuss how our mental health often impacts our partners and children, and different ways that Bryan copes with his mental health.

On episode 6, the hosts discuss their relationships with "death", and how they cope.

The hosts interviewe FDNY firefighter Saul, and discuss traums from work related events, managing family and first responder life styles, as well as some good laughs.

Episode 4 introduces our final Host, Matias. Matias goes into detail about moving from Urugay to the United States, his time in the USMC, being a father and the nation's first double amputee police Officer.

Welcome to episode 3, where we get to truly introduce one of our hosts, Angel.  Angel dives into his experiences with being a father, husband, military deployments and becoming a Police Officer.
