I am Steph! Thank you for being here! I am a multiply neurodivergent occupational therapist, mother, reiki master, and above all, a human being learning to express my authentic self! I specialise in neurodivergent affirming practice and trauma informed care. I am an AuDHDer (Autistic and ADHD) I also have CPTSD and experience plurality.
