What an amazing weekend of college football! Texas/Ohio State was the premiere matchup. The game itself was sort of a dud. Arch Manning, the greatest QB ever according to many, was bad. Does Manning deserve a lot of criticism? Why are some media people protecting him?

USA Today has a story about the Packers being Super Bowl favorites. People have lost their minds.

I saw a vide of Dan LeBatard being critical of the Netflix Cowboys documentary. He was interviewing Jeff Pearlman who wrote a great book about the Cowboys. They both were bothered by the fact that these networks and streaming services seemingly protect the subjects of documentaries in the name of getting access. Well, I don't mind.

Jerry finally made the move. The world seems to think this makes the Packers a Super Bowl favorite and I don't really see it. How many teams that have elite defenders are actually good teams?

Starting next year, the SEC will implement a 9 game conference schedule and will require leagues teams to play at least one power conference team out of conference. I like this. But, I want to live in a world where teams can schedule 3 solid out of conference games without fear of it costing them a spot in the playoff. We want better matchups.
