The NFL Sunday Ticket is remarkable. The picture quality on Youtube is elite. How is that we still get stuck with crappy over the air broadcasts? The picture quality of Youtube vs. your local Fox or CBS is night and day.

Roger Goodell appeared on the Today Show and said that Taylor playing the halftime show is a "maybe". I'll believe it when I see it. She doesn't need it.

I was reading a USA Today story about Jalen Hurts being underappreciated. I'm aware that most NFL teams wouldn't take him top 10 among current QB's. Many teams who haven't won as much as him wouldn't even trade their QB for him. But, especially in Philly, he's underappreciated. I think much of that stems from the lazy, boring convos on local radio.

I know this is an obvious statement. But, beer makes me a more likable guy. I was at a baseball game yesterday, in a suite with some folks I just met. I had a few beers and was a great time to hang with. But, if I didn't have those beers, I'd have felt nervous. What's the deal?

If you Google Micah Parsons, most of the stories you'll see are about Jerry Jones and the trade. Very few of the stories are talking about his injury. How is it that a dude may need an epidural to play and everyone is glossing over this? Is he risking further injury by playing this weekend?

I think ESPN did a great job of sending Lee Corso off. I mean, they waited 5 years too long. But, they handled Saturday well. Also, Dave Portnoy made his Big Noon Kickoff Pregame debut and I think it feels odd and forced.

Was there anything more predictable than Bill Belichick being a disaster at UNC? I understand the desire to prove that you're more than a product of Tom Brady. But, perhaps college football wasn't the place for this quest.

How about the Tigahs? Brian Kelly finally got that season opening win. The biggest takeaway from that game was that LSU's defense looked like the LSU defense of yesteryear. Was Klubnik the biggest disappointment of the weekend?

Tommy C and the FSU Seminoles whooped Alabama. First off, good for Tommy. He talked his shit before the season and backed it up. Now, he's making money off his shit talking. Second, is Alabama football dead? I'm loving it.
