As it begin a new series on the character of God, we take time to evaluate our hearts and the way in which we approach God. We look at Moses’ humility and deep hunger for God that ultimately leads to God revealing his presence, name and, character to Moses in Exodus 34.

We wrap up our series with a call to choose what we will build our life on.

Jesus concludes his sermon with the call to make a decision. Will we choose life?

We look at an essential characteristic of God made visible through Jesus: being a humble servant. As followers of Jesus we too are called to a life of loving service. What does this look like in our homes, work place, or in our church?

Jesus ends the main body of the sermon with a compelling invitation to pray and in doing so partner with our loving father.

Jesus enters a new section of teaching in his sermon where he helps us navigate relational dynamics we will all inevitably face.

Jesus’ life death and resurrection sets us free. Yet often we can feel weighed down and burdened by so many different things. How can we experience this freedom in Christ? We dive deep into Galatians 5 to find out.

Today we talk about fasting, the third spiritual practice Jesus addresses in the sermon on the mount. What is the purpose of these spiritual disciplines? Why are they integral to the Kingdom life Jesus is calling us into? How do we keep our motivation behind them pure?

This section on prayer is the very center of Jesus' sermon. We explore the centrality of the Lord's prayer to the sermon and to the Christian life.

Why we do what we do, even our righteous acts, matters. Who are we doing our righteous deeds for? Whose honor are we really seeking?

We conclude Matthew chapter 5 by looking at the climax of Jesus' case studies on righteousness. We see that true righteousness is knowing and becoming like our heavenly father who blesses even his enemies.

Jesus addresses the integrity that is exposed in our words and the promises we make. But what lies underneath these commands we have covered so far. We examine what it looks like to have humility and focus on the internal instead of the external.

Jesus continues to illustrate what true righteousness looks like by examining the issues of adultery and divorce and the heart state that they flow from. What does Kingdom Righteousness look like at a heart level when it comes to our sexual desire?

We wade into the main body of the sermon where Jesus helps us reconsider who we think of as "righteous".

Living out the beatitudes doesn’t always feel like the good life. What do we do then? How do we embrace Jesus call to Kingdom values when we aren’t feeling the blessings?

What has come out of our summer of prayer and seeking input from the congregation about the future direction of the church? We convey what we have heard and some potential next steps.

Jesus invited us to examine who we believe is really blessed and how we experience “the good life”. Could the beatitudes turn our world view upside down?

We kick off our fall series on Jesus’ main message of the Kingdom of God. We start by examining do we really know Jesus is message? And is the Kingdom still good news for us today?

As a church we have been going through a 5 year planning process. One area God is calling us to focus on is our youth. How do we pass on our faith to the next generation? What are the first steps we are taking for our children's ministry?

We close our series in Colossians talking about the power of prayer. Paul intentionally ends his letter with the theme of being steadfast in prayer. Why is prayer so important? How can we be learn from Paul's encouragement to the church in regards to prayer?

We conclude our weekend workshop on healing from spiritual burnout and church trauma with an inspiring lesson about how Jesus can free us from anxiety and lead us into an indestructible life in him.

As the world focuses on the Olympics, we are reminded that we are all running a spiritual race. What is this race? What is the prize at the end? And how do we train for it?

How does the supremacy of Jesus impact every aspect of our lives? We talk about how living the resurrected life should infiltrate our marriages, families, and jobs in a countercultural way
