Listen while they interview special guests who will inspire them with knowledge and tools to help, both them and you, manage their ADHD. Walk with them in their journey of learning about our wonderful brains and all the things that come with living in a world where you have to manage multiple intersectionality's. ADHD babes is an open space for anyone who's looking for support with ADHD.
