I'm Joe Rodriguez, CRNA. After co-hosting the podcast Anesthesia Deconstructed for years, I kept running into the same problem. I was told that if I stayed clinically excellent and kept my head down, the rest would take care of itself. If you're reading this, you know all too well… IT DOES NOT.
