A Sure Hope

Everyone sins and falls short of God's glory. That's where repentance and forgiveness through Jesus's sacrifice come in. Today, Pastor Dave will encourage you to keep your heart focused on God. Keep His Word in your heart so you don't sin against Him. Live for Him, repent when you sin, and keep living for Him.

Jesus knows that you're human. He knows that sometimes you're going to fall into sin. But does that make Him love you any less? Not at all. Would a nonbeliever see you and recognise the love in your heart? Would that be how those outside the church would know you're a believer? That's how it should be. Do you call yourself a follower of Christ? That would make you a disciple. And all disciples are called to love each other. Nothing that you do is of your own strength. Your health is a gift from God. So is your income. Your success in difficult times is, too. Today, Pastor Dave wants you to know how much God loves you. Everything God's done for you is cause to praise Him and give Him glory. It's through His goodness that you have what you have.

No matter how dark the evils around you are, God can still work and bring about His glory.
