A future me problem

Health EN ↓ 31 episodes

I’m a believer in being present—friends and family stop laughing—well, the idea of being present. If something is too big, too scary, or too much time, energy, capacity, or willpower for right now, I deem it a future me problem. Eventually, I must deal with these ‘future my problems’. So, join me as we dive into topics and skill-sets we need to face future ‘us’ problems regarding mental health and well-being.
