For this POCcorn segment, we reviewed Waiting to Exhale . A classic in black cinema as well as in female-led films, Waiting to Exhale was a tale of growth and sisterhood.

For this POCcorn segment, we reviewed Atlantics . This film was a supernatural love story taking place in all too common corrupt environment.

For Women's Month, we decided to highlight women that we admire and/or stand in solidarity with.

This episode is a collection of Social Media questions, including what message we would send to alert our loved ones that we were kidnapped and need to be saved.

With our POCcorn segment still going strong, we decided to review our first African film, and it was so worth it. A Soweto Love Story is a refreshing take on the beauty and variety of South African culture. The humor, the characters and the story arch remind us to not take our entertainment so seriously, and are honestly just icing on the cake.

To start off our year, and celebrate Black History Month, we watched The Perfect Find . Outside of the history that was alluded to, and the good looking cast and scenery, all I have to say is "Beautiful Gowns, Beautiful Gowns."

For Black History Month, we did a Q&A on our own blackness. From black experiences, to black sayings, to black culture, we touched on it all. Proudly proclaiming how we are honored to be black women today.
